Safari 3.1 Supports HTML 5
Written by Brandon Prebynski

Apple’s latest Safari Web Browser update gives the software advanced HTML and code-reading abilities.

I previously wrote briefly about the upcoming HTML 5. Safari 3.1 supports new video and audio tags in HTML 5. According to Apple, it will also support “CSS Web Fonts, giving designers limitless choices of fonts to create stunning new web sites.”

Safari 3.1 is available immediately as a free download at www.apple.com/safari for both Mac OS X and Windows users.

Could this browser update push the integration of HTML 5 capabilities by more browser vendors?
